i remember when comic-con wasnt a cool thing...

so this morning was the second attempt at opening registration for next years SDCC.. 2 weeks ago was the first attempt but due to server overloading on EPICS end, registration was closed early with only a handful of tickets sold. woke up at 6am this morning in hopes of getting two or three tickets for me and my friends. after 2 hours of mashing the refresh button I was able to get a hold of one ticket in my name minutes before registration closed down again. got an email and found its not even a confirmation but an acknowledgment that i requested for a badge! haha well hopefully the confirmation goes through and i can swoop in on two more tickets next time they open registration. it just isnt what it use to be anymore..
